About Relationship therapy and Creating Connections
My focus on relationships is based in attachment theory. Because we are created for connection, one of our primary objectives is to create positive meaningful connections with the people in our lives. With a focus on relationships, we will explore pattens that seem to repeat themselves and lead to negative outcomes, while learning to understand ours and others motivations with an emphasis on empathy. In creating healthy connections, we may need to learn how to engage in a different way, consider a new way of understanding each other or learn how to set boundaries. Relationship therapy can help us heal from an array of issues: marital or family conflict, parenting issues, trauma, anxiety, depression or grief and loss.
Relationship therapy is beneficial for individuals, couples and families.
